1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing skcryo.com, submitting any form on this website, or participating in any SK Performance giveaway or promotional offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or submit any form.

2. Giveaway Rules & No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win any SK Performance giveaway or promotional contest. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

• Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Florida, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Prize: Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) free month of Founders Membership at SK Performance. The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
• How to Enter: Complete and submit the entry form at skcryo.com/founder with your full name, valid phone number, and email address, then confirm your email to complete eligibility.
• Referral Bonus: Each verified entrant receives one base entry. One (1) successful referral may add one (1) bonus entry, for a maximum entry weight of two (2). A successful referral means a new lead signs up through your referral link and confirms their email.
• Entry Limit: One entrant profile per person. Duplicate submissions recover the same referral link and do not create extra base entries. Existing leads and current customers are not eligible for this founder giveaway.
• Winner Selection: Ten (10) winners will be selected at random from all eligible verified entries. The drawing will occur on or around the SK Performance grand opening period. Winner will be notified by phone or email.
• Winner Notification: Selected winners will be contacted within 5 business days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
• Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• Void Where Prohibited: This giveaway is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. SMS Messaging Consent (TCPA)

By submitting your phone number on any SK Performance form, you expressly consent to receive autodialed or pre-recorded SMS text messages from SK Performance at the phone number you provide. This consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message Content: Messages may include giveaway entry confirmations, membership offer updates, grand opening announcements, and ongoing promotional communications about SK Performance services.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per week during active promotional periods.
• Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You may also contact us at info@skcryo.com.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is provided through Twilio, Inc. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability.

4. Email Marketing Consent (CAN-SPAM)

By providing your email address on any SK Performance form, you consent to receive email communications from SK Performance. These may include giveaway updates, membership offers, service announcements, and promotional content.

• Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at info@skcryo.com. Unsubscribe requests will be honored within 10 business days.
• Transactional Emails: Even after unsubscribing, you may still receive transactional or service-related emails (e.g., giveaway winner notifications).
• Email Provider: Email communications are delivered through Resend, Inc.

5. Membership Terms

SK Performance memberships are subject to separate membership agreement terms provided at the time of enrollment. Information presented on this website regarding membership pricing, benefits, and services is subject to change without notice.

Founding membership rates and promotional offers are valid only for the duration stated and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding contractual offer until a formal membership agreement is signed.
